Very Respectful and Helpful!! ... Price (Very Fair Indeed) - Craig -24/04/09
| You never know what you're going to get when you call for service in your home..... I read the London Plumbers Plumbing reviews and they seemed like a reputable company. I called and spoke with Martin who promised me he'd have someone out to me the next day. Gary, one of the plumbers, arrived (on time) and was very friendly. We walked through the house and discussed all of the issues I was having: leaky pipes, old plastic shut off valves, a smelly drain and a broken landscape hose. We then agreed on a price (very fair indeed). He was one of the nicest workmen I've ever had in my house - very respectful and helpful!! I'm surely going to recommend this company to my friends and will have them out again when the time comes! |

| I was advised by my tenant of a water leak and wet drywall in the living room of one of my rental properties. I called London Plumbers after viewing their website. They contacted my tenant, arranged the appointment and, after the inspection, emailed me a photo of the leaking pipe in the wall. They repaired the leaking pipe, replaced the drywall and emailed me an invoice for £279.00. Now that is Great Service! Carol Jarvis |

London Plumbers installed a new gas hot water heater in my garage at an excellent price. I called 5 other plumbing companies in London and London Plumbers offered the best price. They did a very good job. They even cleaned and repaired the stand that the tank was sitting on. It was all rusty and dirty from the old water heater leaks. Excellent service. I highly recommend London Plumbers. First of all they were on time, no waiting. They gave me a quote of the cost, in writing of how much the repair would be, and even though my job became more work than just a drain clean out there was no extra charge other than the cost of the part. The price was extremely fair and the work was impeccable. In fact I was even contacted later to make sure all was well. If that is not excellent service especially in this day and age of overpriced, overworked , impersonable ,under qualified businesses I don't know what is.

London Plumbers replaced my 75 gallon water heater and added a drain pan along with new copper piping and new ball valves to the recirculating pump. Also repaired and repainted area where water heater had leaked which surprised me. London Plumbers provide an honest, professional and courteous service which is rare here in London. I have dealt with other plumbing companies in the past and wasn't happy with any of them. From now on, this is the only company I will be calling. Give London Plumbers a call ! Thanks, Sharon, London

Vic, the engineer who attended did a fabulous job (and didnt mind how late he worked to get the job done). He explained all the materials needed and we agreed. There were no hidden costs. My London Plumbers - Mr Eckart
I recently purchased a property in London on a water meter and the water main was leaking, causing hundreds of pounds increase in my water bill. I called London Plumbers for an estimate. The plumber was on time, inspected and located the leak and gave me an affordable price to replace the water main in my front garden.
